By accessing or using the website and services of Open Source AI Ltd (“we”, “our”, “opensource-ai.co.uk”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We provide a platform for building, training, and deploying machine learning models and related APIs. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued with notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use our services: (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) to infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy; (c) to transmit malware or harmful code; (d) to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or others’ systems; (e) for any illegal or fraudulent purpose; or (f) in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden our services. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We own or license all rights in our platform, branding, and materials. You retain ownership of your data and models that you create using the service, subject to a licence for us to operate and improve our services. You grant us a licence to use feedback you provide. You must not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our services without permission.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Source AI Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred pounds if greater). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Source AI Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
